The grape juice is put into the conctre barrel for 6 months then bottled in glass bottles and matured for 4 months in the cellar before sale Grape:Sangiovese - Canaiolo - Ciliegiolo 85% Trebbiano - Malvasia 15%. Harvested by hand at the end of september Alcohol: 14% Contains only natural solphites Colour: Deep ruby red with purple glints Fragrance:unique, intense with a very fruity bouquet Taste notes: very dry and tannic taste Pairing:Red meats, seasoned cheeses, Production: just 400 bottles size 0,75 lt Natural amorin corks, bottle sealed with red shellac Serving temperature: serving at 16 C.
