The menu according to the season
The tasting of our natural wines is accompanied by dishes with seasonal products from local producers, cheeses, cured meats, and vegetables from our garden.
What we offer:
1 glass of ancestral sparkling wine
1 glass of natural wine aged in a concrete vat
1 bottle every 4 people of Etruscan-style wine aged in buried amphorae.
